The Mustad MT042 12″ Boning/Fillet Knife features a large boning style blade made from high-grade German stainless steel coated with DuPont Teflon. This coating adds corrosion resistance and allows the blade to slide effortlessly through the fillet. The large handle features an ergonomic comfort design with a soft, non-slip grip for added safety when hands are wet. Also includes a rigid black leather sheath with belt loop.
